BIO

Artist Profile

Don Narcomey, a member of the Seminole Tribe, is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma whose work at present focuses on wood and mixed media sculpture and one-of-a-kind furniture. “I draw inspiration from the natural world and my raw materials to create a correlation between these things and our everyday lives”. Don exhibits his work regionally and nationally and has won awards for both his furniture and sculpture. His furniture work was featured on HGTV’s nationally televised program called Modern Masters that originally aired on February 19, 2001 and more recently on PBS Gallery America in 2018.
